DEKO supplies classic, fully glazed partitions for CPH Highline
At CPH Highline, sustainability and the health of employees are paramount. In that respect, access to natural daylight plays a major role. That is why the office complex has now been fitted with DEKO’s classic fully glazed partitions. Their 99.9% glass maximise daylighting in the building.
The classic, timeless, fully glazed partition
The DEKO FG fully glazed partition is a classic, timeless solution, featuring incredible lightness and a maximum glazed area. The wall consists of 1-layer of full-height glazed panels, finished with slim, discreet aluminium profiles where the glass meets the adjacent building elements. The vertical joints between the glazed panels come in two versions, each with its own unique look. The DEKO FG Clear version features an almost invisible sealant tape, while DEKO FG Profile has an elegant profile.
Various types of glass are available – for example, coloured, matt, filmed or laminated – so you can customise the look of the fully glazed partition according to your wishes. Special fire or sound glass can also be incorporated, facilitating sound reduction of up to 42 dB. Almost all types of doors can be inserted into the DEKO FG fully glazed partition, depending on function, sound and design requirements.
Let the light in for the very best working environment
The ambition of CPH Highline was to create a sustainable office complex, in which human well-being and employee health are paramount. In this context, glass is a wonderful material. Transparency in terms of light and openness contributes to both environmental and social sustainability.
DEKO was the carpentry contractor for the project. In addition to all dry walls, skirting boards, suspended ceilings and doors, including overhead panels, DEKO also supplied and fitted approximately 1500 m2 of DEKO FG fully glazed partitions for the building’s 5 storeys. The elegant, 99.9% glazed partitions not only provide an extensive visual airiness in the office environment, but also utilise the natural daylight as a sustainable light source. What is more, natural daylight has a major, positive impact on people’s daily motivation, functional capacity and well-being.
